Filter Uploader is a nice addon but it's not much use with having a download capability also so you can easily syncronize your filters.

This feature comes with Adblock Plus. In the ABP options go to "Filters -> Add filter subscription...". The rest should be self-explanatory.

mike you can manually update the extension . Download adblockplus-filter-uploader_1.0.1.xpi on disc. Open with WinRar and change in install.rdf :
